Wire EDM Turbine Applications

Wire EDM can repeatedly produce extremely accurate part geometries without the need for fixed tooling or custom cutters (i.e broaching). There is no cutter wear with wire EDM. A fresh wire is constantly being supplied. This allows for the machining of critical fits between components. WEDM can also be used to simply split rings/wheels with minimal kerf.

Small hole EDM can drill burr-free holes through hardened materials. The angle of entry or geometry of the surface has no detrimental impact. We also offer laser marking services for parts and products.
